Sunny earned her Diploma in Massage Therapy, graduating with honours from CDI College in 2023.
While practicing at multiple clinics and outreach programs, she has treated various patients with different conditions such as chronic aches, acute and chronic injuries, neurologic conditions, pre and post-pregnant care and so on.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Sunny had worked as a registered nurse for over 15 years in South Korea. Her experience as a nurse allowed her to gain a broad understanding of pathological conditions, assessment skills, and an empathetic attitude toward patients.
Sunny utilizes personalized approaches with professional techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue massage, active release, scar mobilization and lymphatic drainage depending on the patient’s needs.
